Are you a full-time professional Realtor®?
I devote myself to being a full-time Realtor, while yes I have many responsibilities, you as a customer will always come first.

What areas of the metro do you work?
I work throughout the Oklahoma City metro, from Norman to Guthrie and Harrah to Yukon

Can you help me with new builds, commercial, and land sales?
With a vast array of personnel, I’ve worked in all areas of real estate, and have expertise in a variety of capacities counting development.

Do you have a personal assistant, team, or staff to handle different parts of the listing or purchase transaction?
I have a team of people to help with everything from making appointments, paperwork, and advertising to setting up closings. One of the things I feel strong about is that I will always be the one you talk to, I believe in the one on one theory.

Can you give me information on how I can make sure I’m doing the right things to sell my home?
Yes, I will give you information on what’s best for you and your home to keep you on top of the market.

Do you and/or your company each have a website that will provide me with useful information for research, services, and how you work with prospects?
 I offer extensive internet capabilities through multiple websites and the MLS. I’ve also found that email has helped out greatly when trying to search for a home.

Will you show me properties from other companies' listings?
I will show you every home available that fits your criteria. My job is to do what it takes to help you find a home, no matter what company has it on the market.

What is your marketing plan?
I bring you a large marketing plan that consist of multiple internet options, full color fliers, Multi List Service, unlimited searches, market analysis. I guarantee we can meet your criteria. All this and much more helps distinguish me from other Realtors.

How will you keep in contact with me during the buying process?
You will always be able to reach me by phone, email, or page. I’ll keep you informed of all the market changes, prospects, feedback and make a positive difference.

How much is my house worth?
You will receive a detailed market analysis that fits all the criteria of your home. I will also come and walk the premises to give you a range of where you should price your house.
